The Summer Holiday Survival Guide: What’s On

The summer holidays are something we all look forward to with excitement as children. However, as we get older, we realise we’ve to provide six weeks of entertainment for our little ones, turning that excitement to panic!

Thankfully, with fantastic local attractions and onsite activities, no one will be bored when staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro – young or old.

Back in the Saddle

Try something new this summer with pony trekking at Castle Rednock Trekking Centre. Suitable for those with no experience, all the way to seasoned riders. The whole family will love travelling the gentle Scottish terrain with views of the Ochils and Ben Lomond. For those who aren’t keen on getting up close the animals, there’s segway trekking, too.

In Scotland, summer doesn’t alway mean sunshine. Avoid the puddles and head to our sparkling indoor pool, part of our LivingWell Health Club. Kids can practice their backstroke with some laps in the 17-metre pool, or chill in the bubble pool between 8am-8pm.
