The perfect autumn starters available include Nick’s country-style pate, red braised pork belly and our warming soup of the day served with a freshly baked crusty roll.
Hearty, autumn dishes include pan-fried Scottish lamb, our new peppered beef strips – learn how to make them exactly like Nick at home, with our recipe cards – and roasted, corn-fed chicken supreme served with haggis mash, turnip, buttered kale and whisky gravy.
Finish off your meal with a decadent butterscotch brulee or three British cheeses with chutney.
The restaurant offers a selection of wines, cocktails and spirits, including malt whiskies and liqueurs. Get a little warmth in your belly before you head off to bed with a delicious nightcap!
