Why not get your meal off to a tremendous start with Nick’s own recipe smoked salmon and brown shrimp cocktail? Or you could plump for the decadent duck confit and pork belly terrine.
To follow you could opt for the pan-fried Scrabster halibut, the fillet mignon of the fish world, or the delicious roasted rump of Dornoch lamb, served with basil-crushed potatoes. Of course, for the classic lovers, there is the choice of roasted free-range Gartmon Scottish turkey served with all the trimmings, a top notch version of the traditional Christmas Day lunch.
We’ve saved the best for last with Nick’s traditional Christmas pudding, his selection of three cheeses, the decadent lime and Vahlrona chocolate cheesecake, apple tarte au fines or the raspberry and Drambuie cream; sweet treats to end your Christmas meal on a high note.
